"Heads up: the selection is limited"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering — I was really hoping they’d have a wider range of options, but a lot of what I found felt limited, especially when it came to the sizes I needed. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but there just wasn’t much choice for what I was actually looking for

"Delivery was... okay, not super fast"

I reached out asking for some technical advice, it was a bad first impression. The reply I got was super vague and didn’t really answer my question at all. I followed up once hoping they’d clarify, but it was more of the same. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of me instead of actually helping.

"Decent gear, but the wait was frustrating"
The items were pretty much exactly as described, so no complaints there. I was just disappointed with how long the shipping took. I expected it to arrive sooner, and the delay kind of took away from the overall experience.

"Didn’t really hold up like I hoped"
I wanted to like it, and at first it seemed fine, but after using it for a bit it just didn’t hold up the way I expected. Maybe I’m a little rough on things, I don’t know, but it started wearing out sooner than I thought it would. Just didn’t feel durable enough for regular use

"Frustrating site with lots of vague promises"
I tried using the website, but it was awkward. Pages took forever to load, the menus were confusing, and I kept running into vague promises instead of actual service details. I just wanted basic info, but after clicking around for a while, I gave up.

I kept checking back, but the stuff I wanted was never in stock. Frustrating, honestly. I’d find something, then it’d be unavailable, and then I’d look for something else and same thing. Just felt like there wasn’t much point in trying to shop there

"Return was fine, just took a little longer than expected"
I ended up needing to return my order, and to be fair, everything did work out in the end. It just took a bit longer than I thought it would. I had to send a couple of emails before I got clear instructions on where to send the item back, and the refund came through about a week later. The staff were polite, so no complaints there, but the process could definitely be quicker and a little easier. I’d still consider buying again, but I’d hope the return side is smoother next time

"Sizing was really off"
I ordered my usual size and it fit nothing like the size chart said, haha. It was too tight in some spots and weirdly loose in others, which was frustrating since I double-checked everything before buying. Returning it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected too. I probably wouldn’t order clothes from here again unless the sizing gets more consistent.

"Not something I’d rely on for arborist work"
I was checking this out thinking it might be useful for real arborist work, but i’d be a bit cautious. There just wasn’t enough clear info about standards, qualifications, or where the advice is really coming from. It feels kind of light, like too light for serious tree care decisions. For basic reading, maybe it’s fine, but for actual professional decisions, I wouldn’t really trust it.

"Helpful staff who really seem to know their stuff"
In my experience, forestandarb.com was good overall. The staff came across as genuinely knowledgeable, and they answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand without making me feel like I should’ve already known the answers.
The only thing that kept it from being a 5-star experience for me was that the reply took a bit longer than I personally expected. Once they did get back to me though, everything was clear, helpful, and worth the wait.
